This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by MEGALODON, INC. of 1888 Emery Street, Suite 111 Atlanta, GA 30318 U.S.A (“Mastodon”), whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Mastodon and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on Thursday 18 June 2026, and ends at 10:00 AM PST on Tuesday 7 July 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Mastodon reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, fill out the information at https://shop.mastodonrocks.com/pages/poisonous-weapons-sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and submit your email and date of birth, show of choice in the designated entry form to sign up for Mastodon’s email marketing in the form of messages, alerts and notifications. An email address is required for entry in order to facilitate contact should an entrant be selected as a potential winner. Consent to receive marketing emails is not required to enter or participate in the Sweepstakes and will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will not be considered.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Random selection will occur after the Sweepstakes Period has ended on Tuesday 7 July 2026, and winners will be notified via the email address that was provided at the time of entry as soon as practicable. Winners must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES:
There are five (5) pairs of tickets to a qualifying Mastodon headlining show in the United States, subject to availability. Each individual winner will receive the following: one (1) pair of general admission tickets (each a “Prize” and, collectively, the “Prizes”). Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Travel, lodging, parking, meals, and all other expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Mastodon reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Tickets will be fulfilled via Mastodon's guest list or venue will call. No physical or digital tickets will be distributed in advance. Mastodon is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged prizes.
ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mastodon, Global Merchandising Services Inc, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, or causes of action, including but not limited to injuries, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Mastodon’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
DISPUTES:
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By entering, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.
PRIVACY:
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Mastodon’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Mastodon reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Mastodon’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Mastodon in its sole discretion. For a copy of these Official Rules or the winners’ list, please send a written request to Mastodon, c/o Global Merchandising Services Inc, 8439 W Sunset Blvd Ste 200 West Hollywood, CA, 90069-1921 United States postmarked no later than thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
